WELCOME TO CHESTER BRANCH

Established in 1954 (formally known as Manchester Branch).
Membership is at 126 members (Sep 24).

The Chester Branch is based in the Northwest of England but has members throughout the UK and abroad. Chester Branch are a lively group of people who regularly hold events.

We meet formally three times a year:  a spring lunch, AGM in September and a Christmas lunch but we also try to arrange other events for members to enjoy and guests are welcome. The branch ensures that people who have served in the Corp can meet up with friends old and new and enjoy fun and fellowship.
2024 is a special year for the branch as it is 70 years  since the branch was formed. We are holding a Lunch in September where memorably that the Secretary has including the minutes from that very first meeting will be available to read.

November see  the branch take part in the Remembrance Parade  in Chester This has become a regular event . followed by a lunch in a local restaurant.

Christmas lunch is held at our usual venue The Queen’s Hotel opposite Chester Station. It is an enjoyable event and the start to many members Christmas Festivities.

We are starting to see members willing to travel and wanting to return to events and meeting with friends old and new and enjoying fellowship.

If you are interested in seeing what we do please contact us and be assured that you will receive a warm welcome.
